When will I receive my WingBra product(s)?


Please allow us 5-7 business days to ship your order to you. We will notify you once the shipment is ready to go out. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you right away.

We send all our package with standard shipping unless specified. If you submit an order with rush request, we will contact you to charge expedite shipping fee if we are able to fulfill your order.

The shipping carrier we use, including USPS, UPS and FedEx within United States and Canada. We ship order to other countries per request with third-party carriers to ensure the package will be deliver safely and accurately.

Can I do returns or exchanges if I change my mind?


Yes you can. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise initiated within 30 days of your order date for all orders within the US and Canada. All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing tags / label are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. The refund or store credit will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost. Please note all other international orders are final sale. We do not accept return or exchange with the exception of defected product that has been approved by our team. We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a replacement or full refund if: You notify us within 5 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to info@wingbra.com, and your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff. Please email info@wingbra.com if you have more questions.




I don't know which size to order. Can you help?


Please refer to the size chart for sizing. For LinkBra, we recommened to order a cup smaller than your usual bra size as it's designed to sit on top of your boobs and grab the boobs to the middle to creat the cleaveage and support. As for the Classic Wing, it's one size fits all from cup A to D. Don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@wingbra.com for more questions. We are happy to help.




Where should I store my WingBra product(s)?


Preferably in a cool dry place with no direct sunlight. Always makes sure to apply the protective films on the adhesvie side. Keep the bras in their original packaging or in a place where it won't be squished.




What are the marks on the silicone gel? Is this a defect?


After the first use you might start seeing marks on the adhesive part, and this is perfectly normal. The marks are NOT a defect, the lines actually help create more surface room to help the silicone stick to your body better than smooth surface.




How long should I wear LinkBra or Classic Wing at once?


We recommend maximum 10 hours a day. The adhesive part of our bras are made carefully with top medical grade sicillon gel, it's designed to be worn comfortablely on most of the human skin in the dry condition. However If you have any signs of itchiness or allergic reactions, please remove the bra immediately.




How long does the LinkBra or Classic Wing last?


We highly recommend to visit our product care and style giude pages before you start using our product. Unlike other backless adhesive bra in the market, the medical-graded silicon materials in our bras can be handwashed, and are designed to last longer compare to other similar products on the market. However, if incorrectly use or wash, it can significantly damage the bras and shorten their life expectancy. Giving the excellent care and properly worn, our bras can last up to 1000 wearing hours.
