SHIPPING & RETURNS

​Shipping Policy

Please allow us 5-7 business days to ship your order to you. We will notify you once the shipment is ready to go out. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you immediately with the contact information you provided, including email, phone, text message, and post mail. 

We send all our package with standard shipping unless specified. If you submit an order with rush request, we will contact you to charge expedite shipping fee if we are able to fulfill your order. The shipping carrier we use, including but not limited to USPS, UPS and FedEx within United States and Canada. We ship orders to other countries per request with third-party carriers base of the destination country to ensure the safety and accuracy of delivery for each package.  

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise initiated within 30 days of your order date. All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing tags / label are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. The refund or store credit will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.

 

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a replacement or full refund if:

 

You notify us within 5 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to info@wingbra.com, and your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff.
